b) On receipt of your enquiry, FTRL will send its quotation/testing charges, along with a Test Request Form.
c) Clients to accept our quotation/testing charges along with the following documents/details;
- Acceptance letter/contract form.
- 100% advance Payment as per our quotation.
- To send duly filled & signed Test Request Form.
d) Thereafter you’ll be advised by FTRL regarding required number(s)/quantity of samples required for testing.

Testing of samples, completion of testing & issue of test report depends on reference standard & will be mentioned in our quotation. Test reports will be sent to the address as mentioned in your Test Request Form.
